While working in Adelaide I spent 2 great sessions exploring feedback and psychological safety. The work of Amy Edmondson is worth while looking into in this space, but here are 3 tips worth putting in place to support high levels of psychological safety within your teams.

Throughly enjoyed the co-constructed understandings on high performing teams and cultures of trust with the PEAC team today. Itβs been amazing to work with them for a number of years and take the level of understanding deeper each time.
I had an amazing day yesterday working the staff across Applecross PS & Shenton yesterday. Connecting as a team and developing insights for effectiveness.
I spent an amazing morning with the educators of Yarralinka Primary School here in Perth. Where we explored our personal Values and how those insights can support the highest level of collaboration and team effectiveness.
Many of the middle leaders I work with do not initially have a strong leadership identity, so it is critical to foster this and align it with a strong reflective process of understanding self, others and the goals of the organisation.
This week I kicked off a Middle Leadership Program with the Leadership Team at Gilmore College.
Middle Leaders are critical to success and have a crucial role to play in the support of student success through aligning, translating and supporting the implementation of practice to their staff.
Ready for a great morning working with Admin team at Gilmore College. Setting the intention for 2025 by exploring our personal values.
I am looking forward being back in rooms with real people after a month. Rich conversations to start the year off well and to make 2025 a successful and intentional year!
