then that person kept on insisting that she knows it’s an incorrect sign because she and all other heritage signers agreed with her. she needs to be more careful with how she presents information knowing how this can be offensive for our diverse people.
lol. it was me who responded to someone who claimed that one sign for sun is right and another one isn’t. I challenged her because both signs have been used by our Deaf community. i even shared many videos to prove that native signers use that sign that she disapproved. 🤷🏻♀️

I completely agree. However, I think signing avatars would be great for digital activities, helping Deaf participants understand what's being communicated, even during games.
