The most successful actors I know are too busy beating the shit out of themselves as they work to improve their craft, leaving them no time to bother other actors also on the grind. It really, really is that simple.

If you look at acting only as a competition for roles instead of a skill that you can practice to improve (with no real end), then there's probably a reason you're not booking. You're not looking at the right things, because shit really comes from within.
The longer I'm in acting/voice acting (20+ years now), the more I find out how...out of touch many actors are.
Feeling sad/upset you didn't book a role you worked hard to audition for is one thing. Throwing a tantrum over it? Attacking other actors? Nah, dude. Just go again. It really is that easy.
