Why not both?

To get the demons out.

I am pondering a very serious question.
Why is it I have one big sneeze that sounds like an explosion, scares my animals, and results in me nearly kneeing myself in the face, and others get 15 dainty sneezes.
Is there some sort of weird lottery for this?
