Thatβs the game
Good block
Chelsea foul?
The Wrexham player?
Its a stupid idea made by a guy who is wrapped up in his own story about how serious he is. The same guy bitching about long kicks in the warm up.
Those of us on the outside see him as another guy trying to be Arteta without the class
In the meantime, there should be rules on length of the grass, watering requirements, and advertising board positions etc Esp given that fields can be different sizes
Iβm one who says the fields etc should be the same at every pitch
If you get in the division you have to upgrade to standard
So lucky
Thatβs sucks
Chelsea is so fucking lucky
Yea. Agree with all of the above. But, we have Berta! I expect a surprise, esp if we are CL champs or even League champs
This could get ugly quickly.
Iβm enjoying watching Chelsea struggle (probably too soon to talk,)
He could just resign since he needs to be in a mental ward anyway
VAR is so badly utilized
Come on Wrexhan!
Hell of a goal!
That pitch was just on the playable side of unplayable in my opinion
I cannot imagine we get business done before the WC, assuming it goes forward. America might be in the throws of a lockdown by then given the measles outbreak and the pending terror warnings that Trump has likely engineered in front of the midterms. Plus, does the USA let Iran in for the cup?
This is so fucked up
They should be in prison
Or at least be dealing with Hal
Which is why I insist that American evangelicals are not Christians at all
True, I was responding the post above who suggested it be watered muddy
Fair
Both teams have to play on the pitch. No reason to make it unplayable. It's also dangerous to play on a pitch that is not level. Ankle's break, ACL's explode!
The Sports Physio in me says a deeper squad is better. The coach in me says a smaller squad is better. So it's a push/pull situation. For me, only 3 competitions matter. We should play kids in the Caribou. that way a smaller squad maybe carries us. But we need Leicester's injury touch. .
Yes, we do need out players to stay healthy. If we did, we would not need a bigger squad, but my view is that these guys are not machines, they play at a pretty high intensity )more sprinting steps than ever), they run further than ever (Around 11K a game), plus, they are getting fouled.
Neither of them went the distance in 4 competitions. Plus, there is a move to extend the bench to 11
I think that we have seen Dowman draw pens
What if every attacker was able to do that ?
As for defenders being mobile, the ball moves faster than they do
I donβt know. To compete in 4 tournaments over 9 months itβs like 75 games. A big squad is necessary. Where would we be if we did not have this depth? We have had about 4 players in treatment all year
As a coach, the only way I see as a viable way to attack a low block is to
A. move the ball quickly
B. Dribble at speed (Dowman) into the box to draw a penalty
C. Shoot from outside
