I'm going to cry! I just had a student come hug me and tell me how much she appreciated my believing in her when I told her she'd be able to complete what was supposed to be a group project on her own and with time constraints. I'm so proud of what she accomplished!

I spoke today on the phone with my co-teacher about a couple students who I caught using AI generated work, not once, but twice… And they copied each other.
Now, all my feeds are filled with ads for Chat GTP and other AI services.

Hey! I did it! Fifteen days and 69k! The first draft of my YA book, Katy Kills, is finally finished!
I started Chapter Seventeen of Katy Kills today! At 37k I'm over halfway finished with this YA novel and I only started it a week ago! I'm so proud of myself!
I told my four-year-old I couldn't write anymore today so she tapped the R key a few times then said, "Now you try it".
My WIP, Katy Kills, is the first work I've ever plotted. It has 31 chapters and takes place over the span of a month. My goal is to write at least one chapter of no fewer than 2k every day.
Today, I wrote chapters 3&4. I'm ahead of schedule!
I'm having a pretty good writing day. How about you?
