I've been smelling smoke and hearing sirens near the Allendale Woods and was afraid it might be in there! I'm surprised how strong the smoke smell is, considering the distance.

I just talked to my parents who were in the car in York, ME, right near York Harbor, and they felt their car shake, thought it was wind but joked that it might have been an earthquake. They didn't know it WAS an earthquake until I told them.

I've felt earthquakes in Boston before, but this is the first time I've heard the rumble. Totally freaky! The cats were NOT pleased.

I felt it in Boston, close to the aarboretum. Stuff rattled in the kitchen and the cats freaked out!

I'm so freaking glad people are finally coming here. I ditched Twitter when Musk walked in with the sink, have been at mastodon, threads, and here, hoping one would take off for real. I really hope this time sticks.
