i have two writing moods:
1) struggling to write just a few hundred words & immediately treating myself to a snack and fic reading break & then never coming back
2) sitting down & writing, no snacks, no nothing, & then suddenly coming to awareness a couple thousand words later, dazed but proud

I'm having a rough day today. Woke up with a banging headache that won't shift, and work is super stressful atm. We're so short-staffed, next week I'm the only full-time admin whilst also training our new starter. Plus, I paid my mortgage today, and I'm so ridiculously broke it's unreal.
BTS gives us content that fills up not just our hearts but also our minds. Intellectual, historical, deeply thoughtful. They make sure our brains are fed. They trust that weβre smart enough to pick up what theyβre putting down. I just love BTS so much. My heart is swelling with pride and devotion.

To those who may not know, @howard.edu is an HBCU (Historically Black College/University) that played a crucial role in the wider story of Arirang. This vital connection between East and West is so important, and has led to such a beautiful moment in life.

I find it so significant that BTS have never made their faces or likeness the focus of their group album covers. It was always a very conceptual graphic design that placed the focus on the music rather than themselves. But this moment right nowβitβs about them as artists. Itβs perfect.
