There’s almost no analogy possible because F1 has sort of been a Pay to Play sport, but imagine if a soccer player was walking onto the field to play a game, trips on his own foot, falls and breaks his wrist, then they call for medics and he’s escorted off the pitch before it even begun. IT’S INSANE
