My heart goes out to the photographers when someone sends a screenshot of their head in the LinkedIn circle and says “here’s my professional headshot.” Great…as I clone in the background to hide the circle on an image with a resolution of 96.
I really need the medical/pharma software community to acknowledge and come up with a standardized way to deal with any last name that’s not a single word. It’s anyone’s guess how my name has been entered for any pharmacy on any given day. And my name isn’t that difficult.
If I were a parent, I think I’d be asking my kid’s teacher to make sure the students know where to find the teacher’s phone in an emergency. AND- don’t know if this still exists, I’d get the kid’s phone one of the ringtones adults can’t hear.

I love that sales people think that one holy grail flyer they don’t have is what’s going to make a business notice them instead of using the flyers I already designed and listening to what the prospect’s needs are.
“If it takes off…” has it not? I’m a Cost Plus customer and have been for at least 3 years. I’ve been thrilled with the pricing and customer service. I’ve had several of my doctors ask how I like it and I always tell them it’s great.
