It's a shocking state of affairs. I hope for your country. The US has many brilliant and intelligent people I have no idea how it has come to this

The main point ‘London is gentrified and too expensive’ has been well made elsewhere. My question: why would you WANT to bring a child up in zone 2? Air quality,safety, what 600k could get you further out? I grew up in Devon and a 1hr commute to work is not extraordinary
