The stupidity and shortsightedness of these people never stops surprising me. As a librarian this makes me mighty pissed off.

Bingo!
THE COSMOSTRATOR from The First Spaceship to Venus
The red and white ship from “Tintin on the Moon” is the boss. My other favorite is the Cosmostrator from “The first spaceship to Venus”
I agree it was great as well.
The stop motion Cthulhu at the end is amazing, along with the bizarre Cyclopean model terrain and architecture of the island. Old school techniques with a modern flare.
It’s hypnotic… in a good way.
My god, that was amazing.
Bingo!
One of my favorite places in Chestnut Hill.
Damn, I lucked out. I had just ordered some D&D terrain from the UK and it arrives today… it sucks I probably can’t expect to be buying from the manufacturer for a while.
Very cool… this deserves a deep dive.
God, I adore this man.

I had ordered this from a seller over 25 years ago, great condition, and was heart broken to find it folded in half to fit in my mail box by the carrier. I still haven’t gotten over that. Good find.

Some of the least subtle, artistic bullshit propaganda we’ve seen in outside of North Korea.
Please!
Yes…. I’m afraid so.

I was 12 in 1982 when I watched the middle third of “The Thing” with no sound, on a huge drive-in theater screen, while sitting in the hood of my mother’s car in an adjacent McDonald’s parking lot. A VERY odd introduction to the film, with no context at the time. Freaked me out and set a path.
Okay, I agree. Just from the broad synopsis I just read, that would make a pretty good short-run series.
He is such a freaking window licker of a human being. More distractions, more hand waving…
Agreed. Behind the Bastards has profiled a lot of horrible, unethical, often murderous (even genocidal) people and events…. But their dark humor often acts as the chaser to lessen the urge to just lose all respect and dignity for humanity.
