Chase Utley ended the pre-results portion of ballot season at 69.0%. We've added 15 post-results ballots since then and Utley has been on 13 of them! With 260 ballots tracked, Utley sits at 70.0%.
Utley has *never* been at 70% in the Tracker (min. 10 ballots) until a few minutes ago.

When Utley and/or Whitaker get in, this will no longer be the case, but for now it is kind of funny that being a better defender as a middle infielder LOWERS your chances of getting in the Hall of Fame.
