It’s NYE and while I started my New Years Resolution early…. I went for my first jog (Couch to 5k) in at least 5 years. I saw a glimpse of my old self. The one I was before depression and anxiety and alcoholism swallowed me. I feel hopeful. Something I haven’t felt in a long time.
