This is Brave browser, but I have had similar behavior in the different Edge builds. It seems random, but I've had this issue on multiple devices, opened a msft case but no solution ...except rebuilding the machine.
The only issue I have with these ARM devices is browsers running in Emulated mode. This causes an error while downloading: “virusscan failed” and the download fails. I’m seeing this on Edge (Stable, Dev and Beta), Brave browser etc.

in the meantime we've found the issue: it's CyberArk EPM agent that is causing this behavior.
@intunesuppteam.bsky.social are you aware of issues where Windows 11 get into a BSOD loop after a wipe was send from Intune? We are seeing this behavior on multiple models (Lenovo and HP) and in different tenants.

anyone else seeing "weird" behavior with #Intune Managed Installer? At first install of an application the files aren't tagged as being installed via Intune Managed Installer, if we uninstall the application and install it a second time they are tagged. #WDAC @intunesuppteam.bsky.social

I've found the issue: Edge switched to Emulated mode instead of ARM while Edge Beta and Dev remained ARM. I've tried reinstalling Edge, but this didn't solve the issue so I ended up reimaging my device.
I still think it's "weird" that Microsoft is making it this difficult for IT to manage their enterprise environment: you can block the Store app via policy, but the only option I've found to block the Store website is via AppLocker for Business #WDAC

I'm only seeing this behavior on devices with a Snapdragon cpu and only MS Edge seems to be impacted, Edge Beta and Edge Dev are not having the issue.

Opened a support case for weird RBAC behavior in #Intune. #Microsoft support tells me to be 'comprehensive' because #Intune is a work in progress. Good times. Really makes me miss those #ConfigMgr projects. 😂 #Intune #RBAC #ITLife
