In my experience: use the feedback from the vocal minority to know where to look in the analytics.
Do not make sweeping changes based on that feedback alone - I've found bigger issues just from looking into the patterns of behavior from the silent majority than the vocal minority have ever solved.

Live-service games are expected to provide new content almost weekly now. It's entirely unsustainable, and I think game studios and publishers have themselves to blame for creating unrealistic expectations for how quickly content can reasonably be produced.
We should be focused on the Tumbler Ridge victims, families and the community.
But some gross people are forcing another conversation: one of virulent transphobia.
The ramifications of that now have to be addressed.
