It requires a bit of setup, but once it is you can export straight to godot by pressing 1 button in Blender, you might also be able to do it by saving the .blend but I haven't tried that.
Have you looked into using the "Blender To Godot 4 Pipeline Addon" it's fairly cheap and should work for your use case.
all i'm saying is be the change you want to see. if we want the internet to be a less corporate, more vibrant place, we gotta do something about it
Are they not contracted to work a specific number of hours per day? How is it possible for an employer to enforce more work hours without additional pay? That's crazy.

But for more general blender use I would recommend:
- Right Mouse Navigatoin
- Synchronize Workspaces
- Ucupaint
When I was making a lot of lowpoly models I used some UV tools like Mio3 UV, helped a lot with the texturing process.

Regarding lists of free textures and alphas, there's a lot of free texture packs (alphas, masks and more) to be found on Itch, such as screamingbrainstudios.itch.io/noise-textur...
Look for the texture tag in the Game Assets category.
