Our feature artist/tutorial today is this GENIUS page on how to STYLISE, SIMPLIFY and EXAGGERATE HANDS by the talented @miyuliart! It’s SO USEFUL to view the reference and stylised versions SIDE by SIDE, as it shows how we alter SOME, but NOT ALL of the anatomy to get that look!

Oooh. Yeah, I haven't been on TT for a long while and even when I was, I'm not sure if I saw those or not. Sorry ^^;

I've seen some artists take a creative spin with them and it's something I think about doing as well and I think more people should do as well. I'm not really one to join trends, but I think about participating anytime one looks fun and it'd fit my ocs.

I mean, I can see that and how it's an issue. Artists should definitely create whatever and whenever, not for the sole purpose of joining a trend. I personally would prefer not to call them art trends and make them art collaborations instead (or it's something I wish we could make them instead).

A friendly reminder to everyone that it’s not ok to harass creators who work hard to get to where they are today. It hurts seeing them suffer because of some ”fans” that do nothing but hurt. We should never get to the point where the creator quits or hates their work because of the fandom.

just as a note blocking someone you followed doesnt forcibly unfollow them, so you gotta make sure you unfollow them before you block, otherwise you still show up in their followers list
