I’ve been working my hardest to focus on my recovery. I’ve realized just how my BPD is and I want to make sure I don’t revert to such a poor mental state, as no one deserved to have to deal with that. To keep it short: I’m working on not seeing —

I’ve taken the time to begin working on BPD through DBT and EMDR therapy.

I won’t dive into it too much, but I think it’s important for me to admit my BPD was not in check previously and I’ve hurt many people under such shield. While i don’t expect forgiveness, I hope in the future I’m able to —
