Today the nominee to head USCIS stated directly: he will end Optional Practical Training, the single largest channel for high-skill immigrants to work in the US.

I do this too. I also bring a stack of textbooks for students to consult as many folks now use ebooks. I tell them that the material they’ll need on my test is presented the same way in the various editions I bring. I’m nearly 20 years into this and see no reason to change
