Being bipolar is probably among the top worse disorders to be afflicted with. Going from one end of the mood spectrum to the other so rapidly. Always trying to keep towards being happy, but the sensation constantly trickling away the moment you get to it.

This normalisation that you should work your life away until you're 70 needs to stop. This concept is fucking abysmal. Just because the previous generation did it their whole life doesn't make it effective or right.

I just had the biggest mental break I have ever had. I've felt how badly being overworked and overwhelmed can be to the point my legs buckled and I hit the floor.
