I've had a cold since the 30th December and it's at the annoying phase where I can't enter locations that are too hot or too cold, or lie down at night without constantly coughing.

I honestly can't think of an issue where my mind has been more thoroughly changed by listening to people on social media. While MAiD is something that in principle I'd support, it's not possible to have it as a truly consensual option under current systems- something I learned from disabled folks.

Titration kind of sucks so far, but I do feel the most subtle of benefits during the 3 hour therapeutic window I'm currently experiencing. It gives me hope that when they find the correct dosage for me that I'll see some real benefits to concentration and daily living.
I will be starting ADHD medication soon! Possibly this week, depending on if the prescription comes through at the weekend. I started the referral process for ADHD in 2023 so it's been a long time coming waiting for this moment. Here's hoping it works 🤞

It's delicious. They're generally soft, whereas granola bars are hard. Never had them with raisins, they're usually plain when I make them (though I've made some chocolate coated ones before as well)

A couple of months ago, my grandmother died. She was like a parent to me, and helped bring me up after my dad died when I was 9. Her passing is a huge hole in my life. I miss her when I am having a tough time and need to reach out for support, I miss being able to share my achievements with her.
