Part 2 of the Robin Gets Pregnant series is out!

Pyre the Alolan Ninetales sits on a cliff overlooking a setting sun. She’s looking over her shoulder at someone and saying “It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I was wondering if I would even find you here…” Floating behind her is a Jirachi, stomach eye open and red, looking at her. It’s saying “Well sometimes I get bored and need the entertainment. How’s the change you were so desperate for?” Pyre looks at the Jirachi with a tired expression on her face. It’s clear that she’s old. She says “Honestly?” She beams with happiness in the next part, looking pleased. “It’s been great!”

The Jirachi looks away from Pyre, their stomach eye focused on her still. It’s says “So lemme guess. Another wish? Wanna go back to being human? Kinda lame, if you ask me…but whatever. You found me so you get another…” Pyre looks off to the side, her expression carrying the weight of the years she’s been alive. “Another wish. There are so many things I could want, so many things to ask for…” The next picture is the sunset with Pyre saying over it. “But I think I know what I’d ask for.” There is a small text that says “One explanation later…” The Jirachi is looking away from her, a slightly annoyed expression on its face. “Yea, I can do that. But you sure that’s what you want? You could have anything…but if you’re sure…”

The Jirachi takes one of the pieces of paper from its helmet, writing something on it, the stomach eye focused on the wish. “Alright…all set? This won’t be fun for you. And I won’t be able to be found for quite some time after this.” Pyre looks down, her eyes closed, a weary smile on her face. The next picture has her looking up, the smile still there, eyes tired. “Thank you…” She says. The scene dissolves into a nebula of purple and black, with stars plastered all over.

An empty beach is in the first shot, with the water low. The waves come up in the next panel, then recede in the next, leaving a curled up Alolan Vulpix in the sand.

I had an idea a while ago about what would happen when Pyre evolves.

Ninetales are very long lived, so she would totally outlive Fulgur. After that, I would think that she’d seek out Jirachi again and make one more wish.

A chance to start over.

I know calling reps is very nerve racking. You're not sure what's the right thing to say, and tbh having a script thrown at me makes things just as nerve racking.

I called today, and I figured I'd write up a transcript of how my call went down. Hopefully it helps demystify the process
