Lil mentorship life drawing exercise! trying to dust off the ol from-reference skills

This isn’t exactly my relationship with reference but it’s damn close. Instead of blocking I do gesture lines but the attitude is the same. Get what you need quickly and then lose the reference or it’ll make you its slave.

Fanart of the pairing Jayce and Viktor from Arcane, in their astral plane versions: bodies made of colorful light and energy.
