A partially sculpted, partially kitbashed Vengorian style Warhammer Blood Knight. It looks like a centaur with wings instead of forefeet. It's kinda spindly and gross looking. This one is holding an axe and shield.

5 partially sculpted, partially kitbashed Warhammer Blood knights gathered around the model that inspired them. Lauka Vai from the Soulblight Gravelords. Lauka Vai is a half vampire, half dragon, half bat, monster built like a centaur with bat wings for forefeet. She stands about 2.5 times larger than the knights around her.

I have been working regularly on my Vengorian Blood Knights, (Gotta get them ready for Vic GT) and I've hit a point where I'm quite happy with how they're looking. There's just a few tweaks to go and they'll be done, however, I'm out of Milliput and won't be able to get any for 3 days.

We'll see if we're keeping up with our 'getting it together' lifestyle in a few weeks but worst case scenario, we're in a better position with our cookware. Which we do use.

We still need to get a large roasting dish. We want a dutch or French oven style, but the way we cook, we need a 38cm one with some decent depth. Unfortunately those come with a price tag. So for now, we're going to keep using the crappy, breaking down 'ceramic' aluminum one.

We considered cast iron, but the requirement to hand wash doesn't work for us. Various disabilities stop is from being able to reliably hand wash our dishes.
So now we have a full set of stainless steel cookware. You're still not 'supposed' to put it in the dishwasher but that's just for the sheen

We have also upgraded our cookware today. We've been using aluminum based pretend ceramic non-stick cookware for the past decade which really hasn't been working for us. Apparently, non-stick is bad for high heat. And I cook hot. Dishwashers also harm the non-stick so we have casually destroyed them

Having eaten one, I find myself annoyed at how full and healthy I feel. It really is easy to do and as long as we maintain a habit of doing prep work on Sundays, we'll fall out of the habit of buying easy takeaway.
Takeaway and snacks are far and away our worst offenders for our weight.

My wife and I are on another, 'get our lives in order, lose weight and live properly' kick so we bought ingredients to prep for daily salad sandwiches.
I have successfully prepared a weeks worth of salad sandwich ingredients ready for the next week.

I had a clear blue disk from an Alien game demo that I swapped the interior of so I could look more like a hacker when I saved pictures to my disk at home and brought them to school.

What I'm noticing is we have to start this campaign at the under 16s. They have WAY too much talent for being literal children. Is there some way we can perhaps undermine their skills?

This looks more accurate to me I think. Real skinny wrists for an Ogor. I'd also go with Troll of some kind.

I like a genuinely massive dragon, but when they're truly massive I like them to live in a different plane of existence. Then you can handwave away whatever you like. I also think that when a dragon is that big, it shouldn't be a fight, it should be like weathering a force of nature.

Been thinking a lot about this WRT the stupid 3 year cycle of AoS because I just updated my Blood Bowl ruleset. There seems to be no good reason to immediately release a new version what looks to be a couple of months after your last round of army books. Let it sit for a bit, y'know?

I've decided I want to sculpt up some Vengorian style blood knights. Kind of some mini Laukas Vais to pad out my army.
It turns out, sculpting is kind of hard.

This line of thinking is a political dead end. Don't worry about how you can't change the mind of a fascist sympathizer, they're in the minority. Worry about educating, organizing, and mobilizing the millions of people who already oppose fascism but don't know what to do about it.
