Layout/stage might not be ideal. Used to be able to put one in but there's a fake vaulted ceiling that makes it a bit of a squeeze for headroom - if you aren't 6'+ or playing double bass, that might be less of an issue?

The Princess Louise, Holborn could fit the bill bar stage, but it's a gorgeous pub.
