Yes, i like Simply Protein's crunchy bars. 13g of protein and 2g~ of sugar per. They really help to keep me going after work before i hit the gym. ^^

Yes but.. "Me" irl and "Me" online are separated by a healthy buffer of obfuscation, protecting me in the day to day. While i can't entirely obfuscate everything at all times and live like a total hermit, i do what i can to greatly minimize the risks where it counts the most and.. that's a start.
