and the act of ripping up the Treaty Principles Bill by MP Maipi-Clarke and an accompanying statement at the time it was voted on in its first reading in Parliament. We are grateful to the journal editors, editors of the special issue, and the reviewers for helping us construct our argument.

We draw on three case studies: the introduction of the Treaty Principles Bill to Aotearoa's parliament; the act of resistance at by Indigenous-led activist group Te Waka Hourua at Te Papa Tongarewa (Aotearoa's national museum) to redact the English version of the Treaty of Waitangi);

We ask: who is the saboteur?; what is infrastructure?; and how does temporality affect our understandings of infrastructure and sabotage given the historical and ongoing imposition of material and immaterial economic, legal, political, and social infrastructures of colonial violence?

In this article, part of a Human Geography special issue on infrastructure sabotage as future-making, we step back to analyse these two terms as heuristics in settler-colonial contexts.

I looked at a cohort of extremists and considered how and why they're managed by NZ Police.

It used to be a requirement during war that ships rescue sailors when their ships were sunk. Dönitz, one of the Nuremburg defendants, was charged with this and found guilty, but no sentence was applied as the defence pointed out that the American navy had also done this.
