they gave me the option to do braces again for free but warned me that it would be potentially damaging to my molars stability, and that clear aligners would be slower but safer, so i went with that instead. they listed that 1k transaction on my billing records as "Miscellaneous" lol

i had to pay 1k out of pocket for a series of clear aligners to fix it.

they forgot to give me a retainer after my braces came off and it undid 4 years of progress and completely stalled+killed my treatment plan.

so i called a lawyer and she said i have a valid case of negligence but i gotta work fast cus im coming up to the 2-year statute of limitations to sue...fingers crossed folks. lets get that bag
