Fuck yeah. I've spend nearly all my time playing in person ttrpgs on couches, cushions on the floor or a surprising among of it with everyone simply lounging on a big bed. It rocks
I think of all artistic mediums, animation has this unique capability to overwhelm me with emotion. it's usually narrative that makes me emotional about art, bitter sweetness and melancholy especially. but sometimes, when i watch animation, the greatness of the world itself overwhelms me.
I've launched 4 (very) successful TTRPG crowdfunding campaigns in as many years. One like = one no-nonsense take on indie TTRPG crowdfunding.
From what I've seen of it, the thing that might excite me the most about the witch hat atelier anime adaptation might be its music. I can 100% see myself listening to the album on loop on good headphones ^^

Playgrounds realy are the OG of video game sandbox design
realising how much my dislike of charakters like the white nightfury doesn't stem from their gender-swapped design choices, but by the fact that the narrative places them as a women-shaped asseccory in the male main charakters lifes. like i would love to play the white nightfury in her own game

I've said this before, but it makes me insane that in an age of human civilization when the ultra-rich have hoarded over half of all wealth, the go-to visual shorthand for depictions of gluttony is still "fat"
I do think i am getting somewhere with my apocalypse world as a dungeon crawler project. Underlying level design system feels strong, flow charts of the moves looking good, hacks for different systems proved the base concept works. Hope i can test the prototype soon
