I cringe when I think about it because my art file was so low resolution for the newspaper and then the man printed it slightly too large so it was not a great printout but I was thanked with tickets to Disneyland nonetheless.

My life is just a bunch of MadLibs nonsense at this point.

More weirdly specific but I used to draw caricatures and editorial cartoons for my college newspaper and I drew a portrait of then-Walt Disney Studios chairman Alan Horn and a friend of his had it printed as a poster to gift him for his office.

I wrote the pitch to a one-off promotional Marvel comic that another writer was hired to script.

This year I've also read Someone You Can Build a Nest In by John Wiswell and Spread Me by Sarah Gailey, both of which make for a killer trio with Walking Practice by Dolki Min for gender fuckery and/or horny shapeshifting weirdness.

I've also loved getting most of these books from my local library!

Shoutout to reading books, I'm having so much fun with that lately and I'm keeping up with my one book a month goal very nicely. Currently reading Pyramidia by Stephanie Sanders-Jacob and I can hardly put it down, it's so nice to get sucked into a book like that every now and again.

I wrote this comic 2 years ago. I was terrified when I wrote it but had hope it wouldn't come to pass and would be a reminder of how bad things got before we pulled back.

It not only has, it has gotten even worse. This is absolutely terrifying and will destroy lives if passed.
