One side of each cuff I bent closed, next time I'd just weld both sides. It wasn't as slow as I thought it might be and the bend looks less smooth than would be ideal.
That and maybe using stainless filler, though I've no idea how that runs using any of the gases I have.

New upgrades to the belt I've been designing.

Steel ankle cuffs fitted to ankles. They have been welded in place then the welds polished back so they're smooth shiny steel all round.

I made them. The collar was riveted on, the cuffs are a tight fitting bar plus sleeve with adhesive. The joint is strong enough that even after removal when I can get them in the vise with proper tools I'll need heat to separate the remnants.
Before fitting:

The remains of a collar and cuffs which could only be removed by cutting. The round steel wrist cuffs have obvious saw marks (using a hacksaw left handed is hard) and the collar has a cut off rivet.

Back to the office tomorrow so the winter restraints had to come off 😐

Working on a prototype chastity belt.
Eventually the aim is to design one which only uses sheet metal and off the shelf parts and can be assembled with simple tools then release the plans.
