Who do I know that's knowledgeable about the business side of setting up a podcast? Voice actor contracts, copyright, finding/securing ads, etc. I've got a basic gist of things, but I strongly suspect it's just enough to get me into trouble.

Quick clarification on my earlier post. The studio’s fine; we just got a lot of snow melt and rain and I had to move some stuff to accommodate a giant, loud fan for a couple of days to clear out some wall moisture. No damage or anything. Just preventative measures.
The studio was shut down for a water issue, so I spent the weekend playing 30XX. It's like Mega Man X on crack. My eyes feel like they're bleeding.
I need more.
