Guess how Much I love you, the new play by Luke Norris at The Royal Court in London is a stunning piece of theatre with sublime acting, see it, if you can.

I did enjoy the book. And I loved the very spirited RSC version of it too. Jessie B’s acting was impressive, but the whole cast was let down by a disappointing and highly generic script.

Next to Normal 2024 Donmar Warehouse Production, a musical about a bi-polar mum seemed implausible, but was incredibly clever, beautiful and uplifting

All this man can say is: Okay and I do not know. A sad, sad portrayal of masculinity, where the protagonist never learns anything, has no empathy, has nothing to offer to the people around him, has no original thoughts and barely any values. Why this book?

It has the worst dialogues, I have ever read, there are no insights, no merits in the use of language, no amazing construct of a story, no exploration of being a human, no plausibility, that a man that thick and underdeveloped, ever getting the attention let alone the marriage to a super rich woman.

Just finished Flesh by David Szalay.
The Economist, which I greatly respect, described it as:"
'deceptively complex work which finds original ways to explore masculinity, intimacy, class decides and power struggles."
It DOES NOT!

Fantastic production, Gatwa and Bluemel are on fire, a treat of a play with a masterly cast - this is what theatre can do, the two actors at the top of their game, London is just the theatre capital of the world

Essential reading to understand the UK’s ongoing romance and idealisation of Oxford graduates and their detrimental influence on UK politics

Alex Garlandβ€˜s Civil War movie from last year is a very powerful visualisation of the possibilities of things to come in the US - absolutely frightening

Very easy, just go through the app questions a few times beforehand , so you have covered them all. The actual test allows for 45 min, but you can complete it in a 2 min, not challenging at all
