If I was granted one wish, it would be for the world to wake up and stop singling out the already marginalized people. Stand with the marginalized people, make the world understand that what they do, is not your business! Just because you don't understand doesn't make it wrong, it makes you ignorant

They are... an unexpected whisper that shows you a new direction. a stranger who saves you from a house on fire. a mother who shields her child, a nurse, a doctor who will do anything for you to see a new day, a consequence of a choice of taking a life or saving thousands. In the end though, they will teach you how to be there for the next stranger. I feel like I owe you an apology my dear, all this talking to you, when you already know all of that. I tell people all the time. My opposition to Trump stopped being political a long time ago. It isn’t about me being a progressive rejecting conservatism. It’s about me, as a decent human being, rejecting a bigoted, racist, vile piece of shit and all-around disgusting person.

Kristi Noem admitted to Congress that toddler Amalia committed no crime, then Rep. Lieu dropped the hammer: she's only free because ICE nearly killed her in detention and lawyers sued to get her out. No crime. No threat. Just a baby in a cage. The cruelty is the point, always.

Rep. Jayapal brought 4 Americans into the hearing room, detained by ICE, never charged, never asked about citizenship, arrested simply for protesting.

Noem's response? "Context is critical."

Jayapal's response: resign, be fired, or be impeached. 170+ Americans detained.
