This racist and vile post is deeply disturbing and completely unacceptable, especially from the President of the United States. Silence or excuses are complicity.
My heart breaks for Michael and Susan Pretti, the parents of Alex Pretti. Not only was their son murdered, but our own federal government continues to lie to all of us about what happened. None of this is acceptable. We must all demand oversight and accountability.
There is no law & order without oversight.

During Thursday’s House vote, Rep. Christine Hunschofsky, a Democrat who was the Mayor of Parkland when the shooting happened, said reversing the provisions in the 2018 law would be “devastating” and “heartbreaking.”

Today marks three years since 19 children and 2 teachers were killed at Robb Elementary in Uvalde.
My heart goes out to the victims’ families, the survivors, and the community. May we remember those taken that day and honor them by working together to prevent future mass shootings.

My HB 27 Social Worker Compact passed off the House Floor this week. This bill would make Florida a social worker compact state allowing a social worker in Florida the ability to practice in other compact states & continue to serve their clients such as students/snowbirds who may be in other states.
