Gary's and Jessie's treat dispenser. #COYS Daddy Davies Stan account, worst snooker player there is. Going on about books an awful lot. Less Eric Bristow, more Vanny Bisto

“Look at me tearing up £80 of shit i bought” some people are slaves to attention

I’m seriously considering a witch doctor to “banish evil spirits/spirit wife” we have a few around here

Against better judgement I haven’t burned down the ground, and we are going to Spain. I might have a brain disease, purely based on the above. Spurs are terrible.

Is it a full moon tonight? Or why is the crazy trawling the town tonight?

thank you!

it being absolutely miserable here has helped with the decision making too I must say.

we're making a week of it, setting sails tomorrow for the coast, then madrid, then elsewhere. The football is secondary at this point, but it's a last hurrah for the group we go away with as there won't be any trips abroad for a while.

I must have contracted brain worms watching Spurs, but we're going to Spain for the game.

Awe that’s so sad! I loved how whimsy and nonsense brought the world together

can we normalise not aimlessly ranting at people on here

How is it fair to tax people twice

02.03.2026 11:54 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0

it isn't really though because you end up with a large number of people paying tax for a country they don';t reside in and only a very tiny number rely on airlifts etc. better to charge those that are not taxed currently for the service.

Don’t disagree! But I wish there was more in the field to compete with. Like something from this year.

He’s th worst. I have friends working for Islington council. The amount of times he complains about the crown and anchor.

Just shows the dire state of music where everything is algorithms and rich kids. It all just sounds like car ads

And Bobby effibg G from PS trying to close his local grassroots venue that was there before he moved there is just the perfect example. The despicable little gimp.

When I was going out, most pubs had bands on, some made it into radio, tv. Where do they play now? Where do electronic acts get a break when neighbours complain after moving next to venues?

Hm I think stuff like trap, grime finds a way at least. But if you’re a guitar band from the north? No chance. The pop
Stuff is also so contrived. If I never had
Be to see or hear about Ed Sheeran again, it’s too soon

Regardless, we’ll go, have a beer or two, tell each other we love one another because they’re good friends who deserve it. End up somewhere with another point swearing about the team and plan the next trip. As it should be.

I once missed a goal having gone for a tactical wee. We won 1-0. Next time Ange decided to fight fans after we lost 5-1. We also decided to pretend to not speak football in the cup in the shirts that look like cat litter. I’m
Not hopeful.

We need more big selling artists ignoring the pr machine and what pays, and putting young kids on a stage in front of people. But with venues shutting everywhere, how’s that sustainable

28.02.2026 23:05 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0

Re music: it’s really dire isn’t it? What I would say, having been to Liam’s Malta weekender, it was both a throw back to hacienda as well as him giving a stage to lots of bands who would t otherwise be heard.

28.02.2026 23:03 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0

I am and I can’t see it. But who knows? Football is a fickle thing. I’ll be there whatever, with the friends made along the way, through thick and thin.

Maybe if the world hadn’t bullied her about her looks as a teenager, she wouldn’t have so many hang ups

28.02.2026 23:00 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0

There’s always been good music. But it’s harder than ever to get an audience and go out there unless you have backing. And the backed stuff is boring.

28.02.2026 22:57 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0

I agree. I do think modern music has a problem though, in that rich kids dominate the market, algorithms write songs and big wigs decide what gets pushed.

Don’t like rape apologists running my team. No thanks.
