Two new RCT articles out testing nature-based wellbeing interventions against the most popular Positive Psychology Intervention: 3 Good Things. In both studies, nature-based interventions boosted wb without spending more time in nature, & boosted unique aspects of wb.

I love this, especially "reframing testing as learning". In my Psychology 104 class, students have to create a study guide for each exam. Study guides are only questions they come up with. It's such a great way to study. Also teaching your dog or your stuffies like it was a class.

Researchers have been pointing out that these systems are probably “bags of heuristics” from the very beginning but pointing it out early literally cost some of them their jobs.
