Protosuit Engine - Linux Powered Protogen Fursuit
YouTube video by lululombard
@lululombard.bsky.social and I (but mostly him!) did these protogen fursuits with screens on the fins! With custom shaders, you'd be able to animate your protogens even more, giving them extra emotions! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nd8j... #protogen #furry

I mean GM is entering the market with the Silverado EV and I think I prefer it over the F-150 Lightning, it seems to be more practical

Yeah right? The Voltec system was so ahead of its time and somehow very reliable, itβs wasted potential they never did anything else with it and just killed it.

Yes! I have a 2017 itβs the best daily I ever had, costs nothing to run, very practical, and they donβt seem to want to break, itβs so sad it got discontinued

I think they look great, and at least it's a much better attempt for an EV than the Cadillac ELR, which was just an unpractical $67k Chevy Volt

Neat! Do you have a data cap? While living in the UK, I had 300 GB for 4G broadband on EE, eventually switching to Three Broadband, which had unlimited data. I'm curious about the US because here in Canada, I can't find anything 4G or 5G with no data cap (but I have fiber, so I don't need it)

Micro soldering with a heat gun is like nailing a screw, but I mean it works! That said, hot air stations are quite cheap on Aliexpress

I did the same on my G502 Lightspeed, the Omron switches seem to go bad so fast (2 out of 4 started double-clicking in the same week), I replaced all of them with Kailh GM 4.0. I wish more people knew that it's possible to repair a mouse like this, good job!

I mean thereβs a recall on it and they said to stop using it but all their emails went to spam and woppsie connector spaghetti but they should give me 60$ store credit or full refund and they would fix the GPU if I claimed it 3 weeks ago cablemod.com/adapterrecall/ But I think their cables are ok

Furmark running on the fixed board, drawing 450 watts
Thermal camera showing the new connector not heating up
Thankfully everything went fine and the new connector does not heat up even under a 450 watts load.

Melted 12VHPWR connector and CableMod adapter
Workbench with the RTX 4090 board, soldering iron, hot air station, flux, solder sucker, and other tools.
Flashlight shining through the holes of the PCB where the 12VHPWR was
New 12VHPWR connector!
So, my RTX 4090 was dead because a CableMod adapter melted in the socket. They ignored my support requests so I had to fix it myself.

I started assembling the EyeTrackVR setup after I finally won the battle against my 3D printer that crashed the head into the platter so hard it got the bearings out of the rail

It would be a good headset for VRChat with eye tracking, I hope these kinds of features will be available on PC too
