Howwwwdy folks and welcome to Wolfy Wednesday, howl and make it a howwwwling good day.
The gag hurts because it takes a common association of cheese + mice and it implies the Shrews are just like a #mouse so they're just actively diminishing what makes the #animals unique. The first teaser had us annoyed too because #lemmings were making #Guineapig sounds in that.
We even looked up a "biologists" react video for the whole movie and we were even more disappointed when they laughed at the gag instead of pointing out the flaw. Yes it's petty but we're big on animal accuracy so this makes #GOAT and #BadGuys2 stronger films in comparison.
It's such a small thing but my wife and I are upset about the animal inaccuracies in #Zootopia2 like the #Shrew chair with cheese wedge accents on the arm rests because #Shrews do not naturally eat cheese. The gag would make more sense with #mice, although cheese isn't actually as natural for them 2

I know calling reps is very nerve racking. You're not sure what's the right thing to say, and tbh having a script thrown at me makes things just as nerve racking.
