Prowl is shoving the datapad into your face and pointing on what's written there. "The key to autobot survival" it says in italics, then with the big bold font "Asshole Law 101". Then, in italics again: "by Prowl". Prowl is saying, text bubble half obscured: "THIS is the law, Fortress. I am the Law, the force th [obscured] the Autobot [obscured] stay alive"... In the background, Fortress Maximus speech bubble is saying: "WHAT are you doing here, Prowl". With slight "knock-knock" sfx in the background, it is implied that Prowl turned up unannounced on Max's doorstep.
