π¨ Need copy for your ads/emails/socials that would convert like this?
If you're spending $50k on ads, I'm onboarding a limited number of clients for Q2'26. DM me before your competitors do.
Furthermore, Lego already sells dinosaur-themed sets (without using this insight on the landing page).
Lego brings imagination to life, and what better way to prove that than by proving plastic toys had a life in the past.
I chose Lego because the insight instantly creates visual history - first a fossil, now a toy. The toy suddenly has a life, and brand recall value is priceless.
Every time someone would look at the toy, they'd recall Lego.
I tried coming up with ad copies based on this insight for @CocaCola, @Nike, and @IKEA, but it didn't feel natural and full of life. Nike was the close second.
The connection:
Lego is the perfect brand I could think of to create an ad around this insight.
- Lego turns learning into play
- Lego has a history of creative and witty ads
- Lego is a global brand that most people will relate to
The idea/insight:
Plastic toys are a by-product of crude oil, and crude oil is a fossil fuel. That means the toy dinosaur is, in a sense, a real dinosaur.
Here's how I came up with this ad for @LEGO_Group
Myth: Content updates are just for text-based articles
