"When I called Donald Trump Idi Amin, I thought I was paying him a compliment," Soyinka said. "He's been behaving like a dictator."

Wole Soyinka is a riot. (One that Trump's spineless henchmen can't shut down.)

So glad to hear that @chloedalton.bsky.social is writing a new book, Pet, about human-pet relationships and the wild counterparts of the animals we keep. We need a subtle voice like hers to stir conversation on this.
