Caught some nice late afternoon light by Tualatin River today.
Beautiful light!
Hm. I just noticed this. This might be an alternative to the TriMet line 76 after this August if anyone going from Tualatin P&R to West Linn or Clackamas Town Center (likely faster to transfer in Wilsonville than going through Portland).

Last evening we were driving to our grandsons music concert in Newberg! The sky was lit so we stopped at the Tualatin River Nature Reserve on the way as there is a place to park with unobstructed view! I could not help myself I needed to take a panorama video of this spectacular sunset!
That was a beautiful sunset! Thanks for sharing!
Kelsey Shaw Nakama, Tualatin riverkeepers: environment impact of data centers well beyond water use. The high temp load is protected by law. Concrete data centers mess up the water system and disperse toxics that affect salmon and other organisms. No agencies take a holistic view of watersheds.

In an ideal world there would be high speed/high capacity connectivity around the region, including:
- extending π’ from Clackamas to Tualatin
- providing connectivity from downtown to Tualatin (a better SW Corridor)
- increasing service frequency of WES and/or augmenting with another solution

An image of the Lorax standing by the Tualatin River and it says, From the mountain rain trickle to the river it grows, Its health depends on where the water flows. From salmon in streams to the water we share, it takes all of us to protect it with care.
We could not let Dr. Suess Day pass without some social media ham. We could not do it, Sam-I-am.
A small bird - a Brown Creeper, I believe, singing at the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge just outside Portland, Oregon. The bird is perched on a vertical branch, facing left-to-right, and has its beak wide open and head back as it sings. Another vertical branch in is the background to the viewer's right of the bird
