9/10 The anti-reparative activists think that because this investment in human suffering wasn't as profitable as the Church had hoped, the institution should wash its hands of any moral responsibility. The moral of their story: a sin is only a sin if it pays off financially.

The War Powers Act SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITS military action unless: a/ there is a prior congressional authorization; or b/ it's a response to an attack against the U.S.
