Well, the DOJ has done it: they have filed a lawsuit against the University of California over antisemitism.

Why is a law professor testifying on a panel about student experiences? Was the US Civil Rights Commission unable to find another Jewish student who would support Trump's weaponization of antisemitism and attacks on higher education? Wouldn't be surprising since the vast majority oppose him.
