Ive tried Libre Office. I understand the Austrian government is using it. Its okay at this point. MS office is still by far better in terms of ease of use, and features available.

But im always open to alternatives and if they are open source, so much the better

By the time the problem is upon us, the solutions are costly and unpleasant.
