An artistโs life, when professional, always brings a new challenge.
Ten minutes ago, I was debating whether a game mechanic should have many A and one B, or many B and one A.
Thatโs a Tostines kind of problem.
Iโll leave this as an observation and a point for analysis and discussion.

The same logic applies to any concrete object: a cartoon-style leaf, a Maltese dogโs snout, or even a door lock. Reality itself imposes natural limits on variation.
In many cases, this cannot be proven, even if one knew that a given work was present somewhere in the training data.
For this reason, visual similarity alone is not a sufficient criterion to prove direct copying from another artist.
This means that different artists, working independently and without AI, can often arrive at very similar visual results.
Concrete visual forms, like a human eye, have a limited number of plausible variations within certain parameters (angle, proportion, color, lighting, anatomy).
Thereโs an important factor that often gets overlooked: structural coincidence.
Because of this, it is practically impossible to identify which specific work or fragment would have been โusedโ, since the final result is structurally different from any individual source.
AI models are trained by analyzing millions of images and videos, producing visual results that emerge from this process. These outputs are transformed, synthesized, and reorganized by the system.
At the same time, agencies and companies are already offering these services to clients, replacing traditional practices such as live-action video production and 2D/3D animation.
