Australia even took the extraordinary step of banning anyone under 16 from using any social media at all. This will probably be about as effective as the OSA, since many young people will find ways around the verification methods. And in the meantime, it puts everyone's personal information at risk.
This is the reason I can't withdraw any of my revenue from Patreon. PayPal does not allow transactions for sexual content in the form of digital products, or outside the US.
