Great thread and I believe an accurate assessment of the situation. What I would say is Putin is is providing assistance because he has Epstein information over Trump which explains his reluctance to support Ukraine. Trump is in a no win situation and the US cannot win while Trump is in power.

We agree on all points. Right wing control of mainstream media has changed the narrative. People are no longer critical thinkers so it’s easy to push an agenda even if it’s false. The sad part is we can’t turn it back with a flick of a switch. This will be decades of turmoil.
Europe has been fractured for a long time. Hungary and Slovakia are Putin apologists and countries do their own thing within a union. Spain has a right to do what it wants. The world has changed forever and the next decade will decide all our fates.
Like it or not Putin/ Farage/Trump have influenced the UK political landscape for at least a decade and there is no turning back. It’s going to get worse before it gets better. My motto to all is be prepared.
